Job Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with strong project management and lead generation skills to lead and optimize marketing systems across multiple channels–including content, social media, PR, community, YouTube, and more. This role will focus on building scalable marketing processes, ensuring alignment across platforms, and driving B2B inbound lead generation through strategic execution.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership to refine high-level SEO, branding, and website strategies while taking full ownership of day-to-day marketing execution.

This role is perfect for hands-on leaders who can create strong systems, outsource where appropriate, and DIY as necessary. Your goal is to drive highly qualified inbound leads, build scalable processes, and deliver extraordinary results with a high ROI, balancing efficiency with impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive highly-qualified inbound leads for our B2B sales team.
  • Develop and implement structured and scalable marketing systems across content, social media, PR, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Translate high-level marketing vision into a strategic action plan with scalable processes.
  • Manage marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Optimize and oversee content strategy, including blog updates, SEO initiatives, and link-building efforts.
  • Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency prior to posting.
  • Coordinate social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and growth.
  • Support video making efforts, including content planning, distribution, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine SEO, branding, and website strategy, while taking full ownership of execution.
  • Work closely with our designer to create eye-catching visuals that support brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to improve strategies.
  • Ensure alignment across all marketing efforts, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  • Take initiative in developing new marketing projects and strategies while also handling other assigned duties as needed.

About You

  • A highly organized project manager who thrives on building and refining results-driven marketing systems.
  • Experienced inbound lead generation specialist with a history of delivering high-quality B2B leads.
  • Skilled in building systems that drive content strategy, social media, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of execution and driving ROI.
  • Proficient in SEO, analytics, and performance tracking to drive measurable results.
  • Comfortable working with organizational leadership on high-level strategy while taking ownership of daily execution.
  • Able to manage multiple marketing initiatives and pivot as needed in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Tech savvy and excited to work with emerging tools like AI to improve productivity and results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A sharp eye for design and the ability to work effectively with designers to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Experience with YouTube marketing and video content is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • This position is remote. You must have regular and reliable access to high speed internet and a stable work environment.
  • Available to work with team members across a range of time-zones, with a primary focus on U.S. Time Zones.

Compensation

  • 80,000 base salary with up to 10% performance bonus.
