We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Integrated Marketing, B2B & B2C to help drive marketing strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of health technology and scientific solutions. This person will play a central role in bringing our products and brands to market — translating strategy into high-quality execution across product launches, integrated campaigns, websites and digital experiences, paid and earned media, content, CRM/email, website, content, events, and sales enablement. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 8 years of broad marketing experience who combines strong brand and commercial judgment with excellent execution. You should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, partnering with agencies and internal teams, and independently driving projects from brief through launch. The successful candidate will be digitally fluent, highly organized, comfortable working across both B2B and B2C audiences, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Approximately 8 years of marketing experience, ideally spanning integrated marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, or a combination of these disciplines. Strong experience working with external agencies across areas such as creative, media, PR, digital, web development, and content. Hands-on experience managing website launches, landing pages, digital customer journeys, or e-commerce experiences. Experience working with paid media, CRM/email, social media, content marketing, PR/earned media, and digital analytics. Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments is strongly preferred. Experience in healthtech, medtech, consumer health, diagnostics, scientific instruments, life sciences, technology, or another technically complex category is preferred but not required. Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, technical teams, legal/regulatory, and senior leadership is highly valued.
Strong integrated marketing fundamentals, with an understanding of how brand, digital, content, CRM, media, PR, events, and sales enablement work together across the customer journey. Strong digital fluency and a practical understanding of websites, e-commerce, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, analytics, conversion funnels, and digital customer experiences. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to independently manage complex timelines, dependencies, agencies, stakeholders, and deliverables. Strong briefing and agency management skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback and drive high-quality output. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling customer-facing communication. Strong brand and creative judgment, with a high bar for customer experience and executional quality. Commercially minded, with an understanding of how marketing contributes to awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, pipeline, conversion, adoption, and revenue. Comfortable using data and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the confidence to work effectively with product, engineering, sales, leadership, agencies, and external partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively across multiple products and workstreams. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, judgment, and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required. Experience or coursework in digital marketing, product marketing, life sciences, healthcare, technology, project management, or commercial strategy is a plus.
