Job summary

Tenable seeks a data-driven Manager, Integrated Search & Google Media to own the paid search and Google media ecosystem, while guiding SEO/GEO initiatives. You will manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and YouTube TV ads, employing AI-driven structures and testing frameworks to scale performance andROI across regions.

You will collaborate with Senior SEO/GEO leads and Theater Leads to align regional targets with conversion-driven campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing multi-region paid search budgets across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube and YouTube TV
• Experience driving integrated search and GEO strategies with measurable pipeline impact
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for copy, landing pages, and performance insights

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube/YouTube TV
• Lead SEO/GEO initiatives and translate theater-based goals into search tactics
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing Theater Leads to meet regional revenue targets
• Analyze performance data, run structured experiments, and optimize the funnel
