Job summary

The Fay Group is a fully integrated real estate and mortgage services firm delivering end-to-end solutions across asset classes. This Marketing Manager role drives planning, execution and measurement of campaigns to acquire and retain customers, while maintaining brand integrity and compliance across business units.

The position oversees content creation, channel execution, and performance analytics, with potential to grow into a people leadership role and manage a marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• 5+ years’ progressive marketing experience with 2+ years in financial services
• Campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events, print)
• B2C lead generation and measurement; B2B lead gen preferred
• Strong writing skills creating public-facing content (ads, newsletters, blog posts, press releases)
• Brand/reputation management experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Total Expert, Dynamics 365) and marketing analytics tools
• Experience with Canva and AI Tools (Microsoft Pilot)
• People management experience preferred
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong verbal/written communication
• Collaborative skills and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marketing operations and programs
• Lead campaign development: audience targeting, creative production, channel execution
• Track performance and ensure brand messaging and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Marketing Team and leadership to guide initiatives
• Potential evolution into people leadership and team management
