Bayway Auto Group in Pasadena, TX, is seeking a creative Marketing Manager to support the store’s marketing initiatives and boost brand recognition to drive sales and service revenue. You will collaborate with our in-house videographer and design teams to develop engaging content for social media and the dealership website.

The role requires a mix of content creation, video production, analytics, and event coordination, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Experience managing website and social media
• Analytics oriented; Google Ads and Google Analytics certification preferred (must obtain within 60 days of employment if not already held)
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing assets

Responsabilidades

• Content Creation: Generate fresh social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Video Production: Collaborate with in-house videographer for compelling video content
• Collaboration: Work with management, sales & service teams, and digital providers on website and ad content
• Analytics Utilization: Monitor website and social media performance; identify improvements
• Branding: Align marketing with dealership branding and community initiatives
• Event Coordination: Schedule and promote events
• CRM/Email Management: Create new employee logins and email accounts for new hires
• Other duties may be assigned
