Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the System Director of Marketing, Communications and PR by executing approved campaigns promoting services, physicians, and priorities. You will operate in a matrixed environment across service lines, branding, digital, and operations to drive growth, awareness, and utilization while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, writing, and executive presentation skills are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Five years of experience in healthcare communications, public relations, marketing, or organizational communications leadership.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, service line strategy, and physician engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute approved marketing campaigns across hospitals, clinics, service lines, and physician practices.
  • Coordinate production of advertising, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure on time, on budget execution.
  • Partner with service line leaders, physician relations, and operational stakeholders to support growth objectives.
  • Apply enterprise brand standards in collaboration with Branding and Creative teams.
  • Coordinate with digital, social, and advertising partners to deploy campaigns.
  • Support service expansions, physician onboarding promotions, and community initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare summaries with recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and tools.
  • Manage vendor coordination for marketing production and advertising placement.
  • Coordinate approved community-facing activities with Community Relations or Event teams.
  • Ensure marketing deliverables comply with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements.
