Wahlburgers is seeking a Marketing Manager at our Las Vegas corporate office to lead day-to-day marketing execution across corporate and franchise locations, driving digital channels, CRM campaigns, and LSM strategies.

You will manage WahlClub, gift card initiatives, and third-party delivery programs, collaborating with the VP of Marketing & PR to translate brand strategy into actionable campaigns that boost store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7+ years in digital, CRM, or field marketing.
• Experience supporting corporate and franchise locations.
• Hands-on with Olo, loyalty and gift card platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing execution across corporate and franchise locations.
• Oversee Digital Road Map, WahlClub, CRM, and LSM initiatives.
• Manage marketing calendars and monthly channel reporting.
