Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Content Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Content Operations to support Abridge’s go-to-market efforts. Your role will involve driving awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement through efficient content operations and multi-channel campaigns, including webinars, blogs, newsletters, and outbound programs targeting healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across various platforms.
  2. Manage content and campaign operations, ensuring timely asset delivery.
  3. Maintain and organize a content library aligned with key personas.
  4. Collaborate with content, creative, and customer teams to streamline workflows.
  5. Support ABM campaigns and targeted outreach, working with sales and CRM teams.
  6. Assist in event and partner campaign enablement, including webinars and conferences.
  7. Track campaign performance, set KPIs, and run A/B tests for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on campaign execution, content operations, or demand generation.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, and working with sales and CRM tools like Hubspot & Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
