TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it’s set to change the game! We currently operate two UK venues in London (at The O2) and in Birmingham (at The Bullring). Future sites announced for 2025 include: Westfield White City, Paris CNIT Westfield, Dallas and Monterrey (franchise in Mexico).

Reports to: TOCA Social Brand, Marketing & Experience Director


TOCA Social is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of our first U.S. venue. This role will be the boots on the ground, driving brand awareness, community engagement, and marketing execution to ensure a successful market entry.


The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in soccer and ideally either hospitality or entertainment marketing. They will coordinate local campaigns, partnerships, and activations, ensuring TOCA Social resonates with U.S. audiences. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about soccer and social entertainment, ready to shape the future of TOCA Social in the U.S.


Role Scope & Responsibilities:

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute go-to-market strategies for TOCA Social’s first U.S. venue, ensuring a successful launch and sustained momentum.
  • Adapt TOCA Social’s brand messaging to resonate with the U.S. market.
  • Support a localized content strategy across social media, email, and paid media channels to engage, working closely with the UK-based Social Media Manager & Marketing Exec.
  • Own all in-venue marketing collateral.
  • Support relationships with local agencies and content creators.
  • Build relationships with local soccer clubs, leagues, supporters’ groups, and schools to drive grassroots engagement.
  • Develop partnerships with soccer influencers, former players, and media personalities to amplify TOCA Social’s presence.
  • Coordinate watch parties for major soccer tournaments (World Cup, MLS, Premier League, Champions League) to attract fans.
  • Secure press coverage and media partnerships with local sports journalists, entertainment publications, and hospitality industry outlets.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews, feedback, and social media engagement, responding proactively to enhance brand perception.
  • Report key marketing successes and challenges to the business.
  • Support the success of future venue openings across different states.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, sports, or experiential marketing preferred.
  • A passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer culture, both locally and globally, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with event marketing, sponsorships, and local partnerships to drive engagement and footfall.
  • Proven ability to execute social media strategies, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and content marketing to engage local audiences.
  • Understanding of the Dallas market with experience in community engagement, influencer partnerships, and media relations.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Experience in public relations and media outreach.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team, managing agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • A balance of creative vision and strategic execution to bring the TOCA Social experience to life in the U.S.
