About Realcomm
For 28 years, Realcomm has been the leading media and event platform at the intersection of Commercial and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Technology. We produce Realcomm IBcon (our flagship annual conference), specialized industry events, and year-round educational digital media tailored to senior CRE executives and tech leaders.
With a tight-knit team of 8 full-time employees and key specialized contractors, we operate with high agility and impact. As our Marketing Manager, you will enjoy complete ownership over our end-to-end marketing ecosystem, direct access to executive leadership, and the autonomy to shape how we reach and engage our audience.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an autonomous, tech-savvy B2B Marketing Manager to take 100% ownership of our marketing funnel—from brand awareness and audience acquisition to email conversion, event registrations, and attendee retention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will partner directly with Realcomm’s leadership team to define marketing strategy and budget, and then personally execute across all digital channels. To thrive here, you must be a modern marketer who leverages AI tools, automation, and full-funnel analytics to accomplish what traditionally required a multi-person team.
What You Will Own
- Full-Funnel Campaign Execution: Translate event growth targets into multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing the editorial calendar, deadlines, promotional budgets, SEO/SEM and retargeting.
- Email Marketing & CRM (HubSpot): Manage email marketing end-to-end in HubSpot Marketing Hub—including campaign copy, email builds, audience segmentation, workflow automation, deliverability, and list hygiene.
- Social Media & Community (LinkedIn): Lead our organic and targeted paid social strategy (primarily LinkedIn B2B). Build editorial calendars, promote speakers/sponsors, and drive community engagement.
- Website Content & Conversion (CRO): Maintain and update website content, build high-converting landing pages, optimize event registration flows, and test visitor journeys.
- AI & Automation Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Firefly, HubSpot AI) into daily operations for rapid content drafting, audience research, graphic production, ad creative testing, and repurposing conference content into year-round media assets.
- Generative Design & Creative Assets: Design visual marketing and event assets (email graphics, LinkedIn banners, digital ads, short-form video) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or AI image generators.
- Marketing Analytics & Budget ROI: Track campaign performance across every level of the funnel. Build attribution dashboards to monitor Cost Per Registration (CPR), conversion rates, and ROI, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring
- 5+ Years in B2B Digital Marketing: Proven track record of owning integrated B2B campaigns that directly drive lead conversion, event registrations, or revenue.
- HubSpot Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (or equivalent enterprise CRM/automation tools) for workflows, landing pages, forms, and reporting.
- AI-Fluent Marketer: Active, practical experience using generative AI tools to accelerate copy generation, creative design, research, and marketing workflows.
- End-to-End Ownership: Ability to write compelling B2B copy, design clean marketing assets, build web pages, and set up campaign tracking independently.
- Data-Driven & Budget-Minded: Deep comfort with analytics, marketing attribution, cost-per-acquisition metrics, and ROI tracking.
- Remote Independence: High self-motivation and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
- 4-year year degree from an accredited university required.
Preferred (Plus) Skills:
- Experience in B2B events, commercial real estate (CRE), corporate real estate, or enterprise technology sectors.
