Runway is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and scale high-impact programs across creator, partner, sponsorship, and growth ecosystems. The role blends strategy and execution, with focus on influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing with customers, technology partners, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity, capable of turning ideas into measurable growth and building repeatable programs from scratch.

Competenze

• Marketing generalist with range to handle diverse programs
• Experience managing creator partnerships and affiliates
• 4+ years building campaigns, influencer or growth programs from 0 to 1
• Experience coordinating with creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers or vendors
• Experience writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders
• Good taste, clear communication, and solid judgement on brand and performance
• Able to build structure from scratch and navigate ambiguity
• Ability to connect programs to outcomes like subscriptions, ARR, and pipelines

Mansioni

• Own and support marketing programs to reach priority audiences and drive demand
• Manage creator/influencer partnerships, affiliates, sponsorships, and co-marketing with partners
• Oversee full program lifecycle: identify opportunities, brief creation, outreach, execution, tracking and scaling decisions
• Collaborate with growth, creative, comms, events, PMM, sales, and finance to ensure programs are on-brand and business-facing
