Job summary

Runway is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to lead our event strategy in NYC or via relocation. You will work with Sales, Partnerships and Community to design, plan and execute events that support revenue growth and brand visibility, coordinating venues, vendors and guest lists.

You will need 5+ years in marketing with 2+ years in events, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort moving across marketing functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in event marketing and/or production, preferably within conferences.
• Proven track record of autonomous, budget-conscious event execution from concept to delivery.
• Cross-functional experience with Sales, Brand, Creative, Communications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open to moving across initiatives and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Source venues & vendors from existing relationships or via outreach
• Coordinate vendors for events (venues, security, production, collateral)
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Community to curate guest lists
