Job summary

The American College of Surgeons in Chicago is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead multichannel marketing programs that support ACS initiatives, member engagement, and campaigns. This role handles end-to-end email and newsletter marketing with Stripo and Marketo, while contributing to performance marketing and broader strategy.

The candidate will apply strong analytical capabilities and AI fluency to surface insights, drive improvements, and collaborate with internal partners across audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• At least 4–7 years on a high‑volume, multichannel marketing team.
• Proficiency with Marketo; Adobe Marketo Engage Certification preferred; Stripo or equivalent email design tool required.
• Experience in performance marketing and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
• Power BI and analytics tools preferred; familiarity with CRM/AMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email and newsletter marketing from design to deployment using Stripo and Marketo.
• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
• Build Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Membership Marketing to support recruitment and retention campaigns.
• Support hospital recruitment and engagement campaigns through marketing programs.
• Oversee Marketo as the technical owner and ensure data hygiene and integration with CRM/AMS.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate content creation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Identify process improvements to campaign execution and QA procedures.
