Job summary

DECA Analytics, a Puerto Rico-based professional services firm, is building an in-house marketing function from the ground up. The Marketing Manager will own strategy, brand voice, content calendars, and vendor coordination while directly guiding contracted specialists and creating content with AI tools.

The role emphasizes storytelling, thought leadership, and reputation-building for Puerto Rico incentives, tax topics, and business topics.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing, content, or communications experience in B2B professional services or regulated industries.
Experience managing external contractors or vendors and keeping multiple workstreams moving without close supervision.
Strong writing skills with ability to translate technical subjects into clear content for non-technical audiences.
Comfort using AI tools for writing, editing, and research.

Responsibilities

Own overall marketing strategy, brand voice, messaging framework, and visual standards.
Build and manage the content calendar and approval process across all workstreams.
Set up and maintain analytics and lead tracking (GA4, Search Console, Monday.com).
Coordinate contracted specialists to keep work moving on a continuous basis.
Lead client storytelling through interviews, case studies, testimonials, and repurposed assets.
Deliver monthly KPI scorecards on reviews, rankings, traffic, and pipeline impact.
