Job description

As our Marketing Manager, you'll focus on creating strategies for our agency clients, with an emphasis on Web3 marketing. You'll lead competitor research, drive social media campaigns, and develop compelling marketing materials across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth web research on client target audiences, industry trends, and crypto/blockchain competitors
  • Design integrated marketing strategies, covering Website, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Funnels, PR, Branding, Reputation, Paid Ads, and marketing tools
  • Perform audits (web, social, ad, product) and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Lead top company clients’ campaigns and be responsible for execution within the company
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights for improvement
  • Contribute to creating engaging content themes and topics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers
  • Coordinate tasks and follow up with clients as needed
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvement solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 6+years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years of experience in web 3 marketing, strong interest and understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perfect management and organizational skills, experience in client management/project management
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, KPI’s and best practices
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Collaborative mindset for a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends

Web3-specific skills:

  • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems
  • Proficiency with DeFi protocols and platforms
  • Experience with NFTs and digital assets
  • Skilled in managing or promoting ICOs and TGEs
  • Familiarity with dApps and their ecosystems
  • Proficient in using cryptocurrency exchanges and understanding trading mechanisms
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance in the web3 industry
  • Experience in engaging and growing online communities within the crypto and blockchain space
