Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy.
• Has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious enough to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program, including content and analytics.
• Build and maintain qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposals.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles and case studies.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) and report results monthly.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all public channels.
