We are passionate about creating moments of elegance, authenticity, and lasting memories - combining refined hospitality with a welcoming, service-driven culture. Our team is committed to excellence, innovation, and building relationships that elevate both our brand and the experiences we deliver.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing property-level marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, and digital marketing support. This role plays a highly hands-on function, ensuring the hotel and its outlets are consistently and compellingly represented across all digital channels.

Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, this position supports brand positioning, demand generation, and guest engagement through real-time content capture, social storytelling, website support, email marketing, and campaign execution. The Marketing Manager collaborates with on-property teams and external partners to bring the hotel's experiences to life through engaging digital content and cohesive messaging.

Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Lead on-property content capture, including photography, video, and short-form storytelling across hotel spaces, guest experiences, events, and outlets
  • Produce and edit social-first content (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style video, and photography) that reflects the property's brand voice and positioning
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with seasonal programming, need periods, and brand initiatives
  • Partner with operations, F&B, and sales teams to identify and capture authentic, revenue-driving moments
  • Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring content libraries are current and accessible
Social Media Management
  • Own day-to-day social media execution, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and respond to guest comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Develop and execute social campaigns, giveaways, and influencer activations in collaboration with leadership
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion signals) and optimize content strategy accordingly
Digital Marketing Support
  • Support website updates through CMS platforms, ensuring content accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO best practices
  • Assist in execution of email marketing campaigns, including content development, deployment, and reporting
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams on paid media and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with property needs and content strategy
  • Monitor digital channel performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social insights, providing actionable recommendations
Campaigns & Promotions
  • Execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across social, email, and web channels
  • Assist in developing campaign messaging, creative assets, and deployment plans
  • Support post-campaign analysis and reporting to inform future initiatives
Brand & On-Property Alignment
  • Ensure all content and communications reflect the hotel's brand identity and positioning
  • Collaborate with on-property teams to support activations, events, and partnerships, capturing content before, during, and after execution
  • Maintain consistency across all guest touchpoints, both digital and on-site
Tools & Systems
  • Utilize content and scheduling platforms (social media tools, CMS, CRM) to manage workflows and execution
  • Maintain organized digital asset management practices
  • Support CRM and database initiatives through content and campaign execution
TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
  • Strong working knowledge of
    • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Content creation and editing (photo/video)
    • Digital marketing fundamentals (email, SEO, paid media support)
    • Content management systems (CMS)
  • Proficiency with tools such as
    • Social scheduling and analytics platforms (Brandwatch preferred)
    • Google Analytics (basic reporting understanding)
