We are a premier Landscape and Snow and Ice Management Company, looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to provide all necessary assistance to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Companies.In addition to Landscaping and Snow and Ice Management, the Companies operate a winter materials distribution company and other businesses.

The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to provide marketing support and consistency to the Companies. This position will promote the Companies’ message and brand. It will develop and implement strategies to support four major areas: general awareness, existing client connections, prospective client connections, and hiring as defined in the communications plan. This will be completed using a multi-channel approach that includes, but is not limited to, social media, email, direct mail, and media relations. Key responsibilities include managing social media, email campaigns, website oversite, photo/video production, and Google Analytics/other reporting tools.

oFormulate comprehensive marketing plans to align with company objectives.

oConduct market research.

oDesign and implement advertising campaigns and content creation across digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email, and sales support print and promotional materials.

oMarketing budget management to maximize ROI.

oImplement HubSpot and foster use and adoption across the Company

·Brand Messaging:

oEnsure consistent brand messaging.

oMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

oIdentify trends and insights from the marketing data to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.

oPrepare regular reports for senior management to highlight KPI’s and actionable recommendations.

·Integrate Marketing and Sales Initiatives

oSupport Individual team and sales development plans with integrated strategy, and thought leadership

oHelp lead reporting segments of company sales meetings using individual and company sales pipeline metrics

oHelp Develop sales force to autonomy using HubSpot as a sales tool

Requirements for the Position:

·Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

·At least two years of experience in marketing services or a similar role.

·Must be eager to learn new skills.

·Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·Must be dependable, trustworthy, and possess a positive attitude.

·Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation.

·Proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.

·Experience within the service industries is preferred.

Schedule: General Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
