Colt Classic Presents in Nashville is seeking a Marketing Manager to own show marketing from confirmation to doors. You’ll lead strategy, ticketing ops, and partner communications across multiple markets, coordinating assets, budgets, and paid campaigns to maximize attendance.
The role requires at least 2–4+ years in live events marketing, hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, and familiarity with major ticketing platforms. Hybrid work in Nashville with travel as needed.
Colt Classic Presents Nashville, TN (hybrid), Full-time or contract
Colt Classic Presents is an independent promoter producing shows in partnership with venues across Nashville, Austin, Tyler, Houston, Dallas, Gainesville, Sanford, Fort Myers, and Savannah — rooms like Analog at the Hutton Hotel, Heartwood Soundstage, Stanley's Famous Pit Barbecue, Tuffy's Music Box, Victory North, RADIO/EAST, Deep Ellum Art Co., Bad Astronaut, and The Ranch.
The Marketing Manager owns each show's marketing from the moment it's confirmed until doors — and is the single point of contact that venues, agents, managers, and local partners talk to. It's one part campaign strategy, one part ticketing operations, and one part herding fifteen calendars into agreement.

1. Confirmation → campaign kickoff. When a show confirms, you open the marketing thread and become its owner. That kickoff email is the template the whole campaign runs on: ticket link, promo toolkit folder, Facebook event, the assets you need from the artist's team (30-45 second promo video, hi-res press photos), tagging instructions, the local partners you're already talking to, and the paid-ads targeting list.
2. Announce and on-sale. Verify the ticket link and landing page before announce — the right event, the right workspace, no duplicates, correct price tiers and fees. Get the show onto the venue calendar, the internal Google Calendar, and the city listing sites. Route admats to every partner who posts.
3. Paid social. Run Meta campaigns through venue and artist pages: chase ad-account access, get the pixel installed (pixel over link tracking — the conversion data is worth the hassle), build comp-artist targeting, and pace budget roughly 20% at launch and ongoing, 80% into the final push three to four weeks out.
4. Build-phase promotions. Giveaways, fee-free weekends, BOGO tests, ticket allocations and donation programs, community and influencer outreach, city media partnerships, email and SMS broadcasts. Watch counts weekly and decide where the next dollar goes.
5. Week-of and post-show. Low-ticket pushes, day-of assets, photographer coordination, then collecting and sharing the photos and recaps that feed the next campaign.
6. Systems, all week long. Maintain the show roadmap, the marketing tracker, and the roles/access sheet; run the weekly marketing meeting inputs; keep support-act and vendor contacts current in Opendate so day-of settlement is clean; approve and chase vendor invoices; onboard new teammates into the workflows.
