With artists and properties such as Alan Jackson, Rock the Country, Gavin Adcock, Rock the South, Bulls Bands and Barrels, and many more, Peachtree stands poised to maintain its significant impact on the landscape of country music at a global level.

The Role

Peachtree Entertainment is seeking highly organized, results-driven Show Marketing Managers to help execute full-funnel marketing campaigns for our growing portfolio of hard ticket concerts across theaters, clubs, amphitheaters, and arenas nationwide. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help drive campaign strategy and performance from announce through sellout. Reporting to the Director of Show Marketing, this person will be instrumental in campaign creation, execution, creative development, digital performance monitoring, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Budget Support
  • Build and support the execution of marketing campaigns for concerts and tours, ensuring key milestones are effectively promoted across channels.
  • Assist with campaign planning, media buying (traditional and digital), and budget tracking, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Partner with external media agencies to traffic creative and monitor digital media campaign performance.
  • Manage invoice tracking and assist with budget reconciliations.
Cross-Departmental & Artist Relations
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal teams (talent buying, ticketing, creative) to ensure marketing deliverables are aligned across departments.
  • Support communication and asset routing to artist management teams, agents, and venue marketers, ensuring timelines and approvals are met.
  • Collaborate with venue partners and local market teams to maximize awareness and ticket sales.
Creative Planning & Content Support
  • Coordinate with the creative and social media team to develop assets for social media, email, digital ads, and market-specific promotions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all show marketing materials.
Fan Engagement & Promotions
  • Assist with market-specific promotions, including ticket giveaways, contests, and influencer campaigns.
  • Identify and support grassroots marketing efforts and non-traditional promo opportunities in key markets.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Compile and maintain weekly marketing trackers highlighting ticket trends, digital performance, and campaign highlights.
  • Participate in post-show recap presentations with learnings and recommendations.

What You Bring
Required
  • 3–5 years of experience in entertainment, festival, or sports marketing (live events or promoter experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can think outside the box.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising, email/SMS marketing, and content strategies.
  • Comfortable using project management and reporting platforms to track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once, work under tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
