You will own how Brightside is seen, talked about and chosen, building the brand, the reputation and the demand that fill our learner pipeline. This is a builders seat in a growing company. You will start with a lean team of one or two, so you will lead by doing as well as directing.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing strategy and results: Set the marketing plan, goals and monthly targets with the Chief Growth Officer, and deliver against them. You are accountable for the numbers.
- Targeted acquisition campaigns: Design and run focused campaigns that bring qualified learners to Brightside, from audience selection to outreach, partnerships, events and follow-up. Track leads and conversions by source and keep improving.
- PR packages and activities: Build and run our PR, including media relationships, press stories, partnerships, speaking and community moments that grow credibility and trust.
- Branding campaigns and activities: Shape our brand identity, voice and story. Plan and deliver campaigns that make Brightside the name people remember.
- Digital marketing: Own our presence across social channels, email, website and community. Set the content calendar, watch the analytics and keep every channel growing.
- Team leadership: Lead, coach and delegate to a small team, and help hire as we grow.
- Content: Set the content direction and ensure a steady flow of strong written, visual and video content that supports every effort above.

- Flexible availability: Launches, events and PR moments may sometimes need early mornings, late evenings or weekend support.
