Albion Rye Associates Ltd is partnering with an ambitious early‑stage technology business to hire a Head of Marketing who will build the function from the ground up and shape the marketing vision with the founder.
You'll own strategy, drive B2B demand generation, define brand messaging and lead content, social and partnerships to convert opportunities into growth.
This hands-on role offers future leadership potential as the team scales and the chance to create measurable commercial impact.
Are you a commercially minded B2B marketer who thrives on building, experimenting and turning ideas into growth?
We’re working with an ambitious, early-stage technology business looking for a Head of Marketing to build its marketing function from the ground up. With an established subscription-based platform, a lean team and plans for its next stage of growth, this is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing at a pivotal point in the company's journey.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit an established strategy and simply manage a team. You'll work directly with the founder, shape the marketing vision and build a strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation and measurable commercial results.
The business has developed a platform that connects companies with specialist experts, helping them access the knowledge and expertise needed to solve complex challenges and accelerate innovation.
With marketing still largely untapped, they're looking for someone who can identify where the biggest opportunities lie, determine which channels will deliver the greatest impact and build a repeatable approach to generating qualified commercial opportunities.
Initially, you'll operate as a hands‑on individual contributor, supported by an existing content resource, with the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team as the business scales.
We're keen to speak with marketers who combine strategic thinking with a genuine willingness to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
Experience marketing to corporate R&D, innovation, scientific research, manufacturing, retail or consumer goods businesses would be particularly valuable.
