The Marketing Manager is a dynamic, highly visible and influential position with outstanding growth potential and is a key contributor to the North America marketing organization. You will closely collaborate with project management, sales and regional marketing teams to define, plan and lead marketing activities that support the growth of our Electrical Products Group business unit.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Responsible and accountable for generating incremental growth through the commercialization process for new product launches and marketing programs from ideation to execution

  • Provide clear specifications with defined creative briefs to Business Communications and Digital for the creation of marketing programs, sales tools, tradeshows, collateral and website content

  • Create value propositions and work with teams to shape features, advantages and benefits around the needs of nVent key customer groups

  • Deliver a content strategy and messaging roadmap that aligns with the value proposition and benefits for respective industries and products

  • Understand the customer journey and how various marketing activities impact the direct and indirect customers

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Business preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in leading fully integrated campaigns with focus on digital marketing to drive leads in a matrix organization preferred

  • B2B experience preferred

  • Customer acquisition with both demand generation and segmentation & targeting

  • Content marketing / demand generation experience, with understanding of messaging and engagement across the customer lifecycle and to multiple personas

  • Understanding of the digital impact on the business

  • Ability to travel 10-15%

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$89,300.00 - $165,800.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
