SUMMARY
RADCO is seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, drive resident acquisition, and enhance retention within an assigned portfolio of apartment communities across the Southeast. This position will be a key liaison with internal teams, marketing partners, Unmaker (our internal branding agency), and third-party clients, ensuring all properties are equipped with the marketing tools and brand recognition needed to exceed performance expectations, both internal and external.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
- Develop and implement property-specific marketing plans that align with RADCO’s goals and vision.
- Design and execute Troubled Asset Procedures (TAPs) and marketing action plans for underperforming communities, focusing on communities with high available-to-rent (ATR) product.
- Participate in community takeovers and onboarding, ensuring all marketing touchpoints—websites, digital ads, social media, ILSs—are prepared and launched seamlessly, in collaboration with the Director of Property Marketing and Performance Marketing Manager.
- Support new business initiatives through digital audits, strategic presentations, and representing RADCO’s commitment to excellence to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to create targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Partner with regional operational leadership and asset management teams to review marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain strong outcomes.
- Assist in testing and deploying new technologies, ensuring successful integration with marketing efforts.
- Work alongside Unmaker Studio, RADCO’s in-house branding agency, on creative projects and community rebrands to maintain a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Oversee community-level social media and online reputation management through SOCi and Opiniion, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement are optimized.
- Educate and support on-site teams in the effective use of marketing platforms, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion in marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily marketing management, with expertise in paid digital media, strategic marketing, data analysis, and decision-making.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in multifamily leasing and/or property management.
- Proven ability to manage marketing planning and activation from inception to execution.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in community-level branding and launching new brands within a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
