Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that will enhance our brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies to increase our sales pipeline and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and innovative thinking, as you will be tasked with identifying potential leads through multiple channels including digital marketing, social media, and traditional outreach methods. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate closely with the sales, revenue operations, and client success teams to ensure that leads generated meet the quality standards necessary for conversion along with ensuring the optimization of revenue-based processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will also involve conducting market research to identify trends and insights that will inform strategic decision-making. You will be expected to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts. A successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing as well as lead generation strategies to increase brand awareness as well as drive customer engagement throughout multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales, revenue operations, and client success teams to ensure effective alignment of marketing as well as lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust tactics as necessary to improve marketing performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on KPIs and metrics to inform optimizations.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, advertising, and brochures.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads.
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Must have experience working within the multifamily industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive marketing performance.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
