We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who’s ready to own the digital funnel and scale meaningful, measurable campaigns across all major platforms. What You’ll Be Doing
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Own and execute full-funnel digital strategies across paid media, organic content, SEO, email marketing, and more.
- Plan and manage performance-driven ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) to optimize traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Lead the strategy and creation of compelling social media content, email newsletters, and automated drip campaigns that nurture leads and retain customers.
- Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to align messaging and brand voice.
- Measure and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Zoho CRM, presenting actionable insights and clear reporting.
- Stay on top of emerging tools, trends, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
- Create, manage, and maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
- Support the ideation and execution of multi-channel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
Objectives of the Role
- Build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads across multiple digital platforms.
- Develop tailored content and campaigns for specific audience segments.
- Establish clear KPIs, campaign goals, and tracking frameworks for all initiatives.
- Optimize existing funnels and identify new growth opportunities.
- Deliver reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Experience):
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of campaign success.
- Deep understanding of paid ads (Google, Meta), email marketing, social media strategy, and SEO.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Zoho, or similar.
- Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bonus Points For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar).
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or junior marketers.
- Basic design skills or comfort working with designers to bring campaigns to life.
- Media contacts and/or PR experience.
- Willingness to travel for company events or marketing activations (optional).
