Are you a hands-on digital marketer who loves driving real impact? Join Janek Performance Group, a leading sales performance consultancy, as we scale our marketing efforts to reach more sales teams across the country.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who excels in creating multi-channel campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to fuel our sales pipeline. If you’re energized by metrics, creative testing, and a supportive team culture—this might be your next great move.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, content, and events.
  • Optimize paid media (SEO, SEM, display, retargeting) to increase awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage email marketing and lead nurture journeys to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Work closely with content, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and report insights to continuously improve performance.

You’ll Bring:

  • 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in demand generation or digital roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Comfort with campaign data, performance metrics, and reporting tools (Salesforce Reports, Google Analytics, Excel).
  • A creative yet analytical mindset—you can brainstorm a message and measure its ROI.
  • Experience working in sync with sales teams and understanding funnel dynamics.
