Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to act as a key operational partner bridging the gap between marketing channels (both in-app and off-platform) and internal marketing and product teams.
  • This individual will be responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, maintaining editorial calendars, and ensuring the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing cross-functional marketing processes, campaign planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a proven ability to align teams around strategic objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain editorial and GTM calendars across product marketing, brand, social, communications, creator marketing, and product teams.
  • Oversee the execution of 360° campaigns, ensuring timely stakeholder contributions and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Own and optimize workflows and guidelines for leveraging both owned and shared/paid marketing channels, in collaboration with brand operations, legal, and policy teams.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
  • Lead execution and documentation of all campaign elements, including work-back plans, technical specifications, reporting, and internal communications.
  • Organize and facilitate creative workshops with cross-functional and agency partners to develop campaign strategies and creative direction.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program management or related roles within consumer technology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with complex requirements.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional projects involving marketing, brand, design, product, and engineering teams.
  • Experience working with data scientists to develop or manage measurement systems.
  • Strong data orientation, including familiarity with A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present business insights and strategic recommendations across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

  • Detail and Process Oriented Mindset: Capable of managing both long-term strategic calendars and short-term project plans, from workflow design to execution and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to lead initiatives involving marketing, brand, social, comms, product, and engineering teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address complex problems with strategic thinking and data-driven recommendations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • MBA or Advanced Degree
  • Experience in the internet or technology industry
