Job summary

Segrera Associates is seeking a highly organized marketing professional to support and grow the firm's marketing, communications, client engagement, and events initiatives. The role offers flexibility based on experience, from a developing Marketing Associate to an experienced Marketing Manager who can own strategy and campaign execution.

This is an onsite position in Palm Beach Gardens, must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of marketing, communications, or professional services experience.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.
• Advanced organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Excel proficiency and reporting experience.
• Comfortable learning and leveraging CRM and marketing technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approximately 8 client/prospect events annually.
• Manage invitations, RSVPs, logistics, and follow-up.
• Track attendance and engagement metrics.
• Occasional evening event support.
• Maintain CRM records and audience segmentation.
• Generate campaign reports and dashboards.
• Track KPIs and marketing effectiveness.
• Improve marketing workflows and processes.
• Newsletter and educational content creation.
• Website and LinkedIn updates.
• Digital advertising support.
• Campaign performance tracking and optimization.
• Coordinate reminders and follow-up communications.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities:

Events & Client Engagement

• Coordinate approximately 8 client/prospect events annually
