Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, pricing, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience developing and managing pricing strategies and customer programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Create and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability and competitiveness.
  • Manage and enhance customer-facing programs, including incentive, loyalty, stocking, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify new product and portfolio expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Serve as a key commercial liaison between customers and internal stakeholders across operations, supply chain, sales, and engineering.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that balance customer needs with operational capabilities.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness, pricing performance, and product success.
  • Build compelling business cases and present recommendations, results, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.

You'll play a critical role in influencing business decisions through data-driven insights while leading key marketing efforts that support organizational growth.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Experience within warehouse automation, material handling, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Background working closely with engineering and technical product teams.
  • Experience supporting growth initiatives through market analysis, product positioning, and commercial strategy.
