LHH, partnering with a Seattle restaurant/hospitality client, is seeking a Marketing Manager for a fully onsite role on the east side. You will align brand across locations, drive audience growth, and manage campaigns, events and openings with 15% travel.
This generalist role requires 3+ years in marketing, experience in food/hospitality, POS proficiency, content writing, Canva or Adobe, Google Analytics, and strong project management. Bachelor’s preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
We are partnering with our Seattle, WA food and hospitality client to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis! This is a fully onsite role on the east side and will require occasional travel throughout the Seattle Metro Area and to other office locations out of state. This role is a true generalist marketing position, focusing on ensuring brand consistency across locations and marketing channels, driving consumer audience growth and new customer acquisition, and working across creative and analytical efforts to enable brand growth. You will plan events, launches and location openings, focused on aligning corporate marketing with regional outreach and brand efforts. This is a tactical and strategic role, in which you will need to write, design, edit, deploy and project manage campaigns, events and content for the brand. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, with experience in food, hospitality or similar required, and proficiency in POS tools is a must. You should bring a strong understanding of content writing and editing, light design work in Canva, email and social media marketing, event coordination and digital analytics.
This organization is experiencing massive growth and this role is NEW for the team as they expand the brand! This is a fully onsite position east of Seattle, and will require 15% travel in the US and around the Seattle metro area. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, heavily dependent on the level of relevant experience and industry expertise.
