Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for marketing-related requests from other internal departments.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or freelancers supporting specific projects (design, events, content) as needed.
  • Communicate updates, priorities, and progress to marketing leadership consistently.
Brand & Community Presence
  • Ensure all marketing materials, social content, and community‑facing communications maintain brand and legal accuracy standards.
  • Oversee the firm's online presence across platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Support event marketing, promotional materials, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's brand presence in the community and recommend initiatives to marketing leadership.
Vendor & Platform Management

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms including Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and O365 Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
