Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese/Spanish (preferred); strong written and verbal communication skills required.

• Strong writing skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) and familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities?

• Content Creation:?Develop and edit engaging content, including social media posts, short-form videos, website updates, and email campaigns, with a focus on legal and immigration-related topics.?

• Social Media Management:?Support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging.?

• Legal Marketing Research:?Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and immigration-related topics to support content strategy and campaign development.?

• Content Review & Quality Assurance:?Review and proofread bilingual (English and Chinese/Spanish) content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, particularly when translating or simplifying legal information.?

• Client Engagement Support:?Monitor?and respond to messages and comments across digital platforms,?maintaining?a professional and client-focused tone under team guidance.?

• Campaign & Project Coordination:?Assist in organizing and tracking marketing initiatives, including content calendars, campaign timelines, and project management boards.?

• Video & Media Assistance:?Support filming, editing, and production of video content, including setting up equipment and preparing materials for distribution across platforms.?
