Salary range USD 150,000 - 200,000 / year

Xterio is on a mission to democratize AI and AI agents for stock investors. We build intuitive applications that let everyday users easily create, train, and improve their own AI agents to research companies, analyze opportunities, make professional-grade investment decisions, reflect on outcomes, and continuously get better at stock trading.

Our first product is a mobile app designed for seamless agent creation and training — blending cutting-edge AI with an engaging, user-friendly experience. Backed by significant funding from leading investors, we’re a fast-moving startup with a highly agile international team (many with deep roots in the game industry in China) that excels at gamifying next-generation mobile applications.

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing team of 15 and report directly to the CEO. This is a high-impact role that will shape our user acquisition, monetization, and overall growth strategy in the exciting intersection of AI, fintech, and investing.

What you’ll do:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all company products, with a strong focus on user acquisition and monetization.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals along with AI agents/tools to drive efficient campaigns and community engagement.
• Leverage AI and AI agents for innovative community building, social media, and user acquisition initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to position our AI-powered stock trading agents effectively in the market.
• Drive measurable growth through data-informed campaigns, content, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Help build and scale our brand as a leader in AI-driven personal finance and investing tools.
• What we’re looking for (Must-Haves):
• Strong understanding of marketing financial products or fintech applications.
• Proven experience using AI and AI agents for community management, social media, or user acquisition.
• Demonstrated success in growth marketing, user acquisition, and monetization — ideally in a startup environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with Chinese teams or Mandarin language skills.
• Background in gamification, mobile apps, or consumer-facing tech products.
• Passion for AI, stock investing, or personal finance.
• This is a new role with the opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up in a rapidly evolving space.

• Competitive compensation: The expected base pay range is $150,000 – $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Total compensation may also include bonus and/or equity, plus a full suite of benefits.
