Job summary

High Air is seeking a part-time Marketing Manager in New York to act as an ambassador for our customers, balancing advisory duties with gathering insights for support and collaborating with the product team to feed valuable input.

You will manage customer communications, identify trends, and push marketing touchpoints while coordinating with stakeholders across teams in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required and 2+ years in customer success or marketing leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer success experience.
• Track record as marketing manager.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Active interest in opportunities to increase social media following and deepen customer relationships.
• Proficient at differentiating products particularly with respect to other competitive offerings.
• Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.
