Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead market growth in the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson. This field-based role focuses on developing referral relationships and partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to connect more people with high-quality care at home.

You will manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, travel daily in the market, and participate in occasional office days.

Marketing Manager – Las Vegas Valley & Henderson

BAYADA is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead market growth and relationship development throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson. This field-based role is ideal for a tenacious, relationship-driven sales professional who understands how to build trust, identify opportunities, and guide the full home health sales process from initial connection through referral growth.

You will represent BAYADA in a competitive market while helping hospitals, providers, community partners, clients, and families connect with high-quality care at home. Your work will directly support BAYADA’s mission of helping people live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

What you’ll do

• Develop and grow referral relationships throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson.
• Build strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, payors, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to strengthen BAYADA’s presence in the market.
• Manage the full home health sales process, including prospecting, relationship development, presentations, follow-up, and closing.
• Proactively ask for the business and convert opportunities into sustainable referral partnerships.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends, referral opportunities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure a smooth experience for clients, referral partners, and families.
• Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, and relationship-management records.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fluid environment while consistently meeting performance expectations.
• Participate in morning team stand-ups via Zoom and attend the office approximately one day each week.
• Travel daily throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson to meet with referral partners and community contacts.
• Attend occasional evening or weekend events and meetings as business needs require.

What you’ll bring

Required

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative, healthcare, or relationship-based sales environment.
• A track record of establishing and growing professional relationships in a competitive market.
• The confidence to ask for the sale and the tenacity to follow opportunities through to completion.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• The ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with a broader leadership and care team.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel daily throughout the assigned market.

Preferred

• Experience in home health, hospice, senior care, healthcare services, or a related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare referral networks and the home health sales process.
• Additional applicable sales experience may be considered in place of direct home health experience.

No specific degree or professional licensure is required for this role.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: up to $80,000, plus incentive and bonus opportunities aligned with the Marketing Manager role.

Work model and schedule

This is a field-based position covering the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson. The work model includes:

• Daily travel throughout the assigned market.
• Morning team stand-ups via Zoom.
• Approximately one day per week in the office.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend sales activities, meetings, or community events.
