Dagen Personnel is recruiting a Marketing Manager for an oil & gas manufacturing company in North Houston.

This is an office position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and update websites working with third-party internet hosting company
• Review and update key marketing material and update as required
• Gather customer and market insights from various sources to optimize the approach used internally to increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
• Manage content and updates for customers participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing sales support as required
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns including brochures
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
• Travel approximately 15%
