We have partnered with a well-established and highly successful company to fill a Marketing Manager position for its Fresno, California location.

The North America Marketing Manager leads regional marketing, product management, communications, public relations, social media, and commercialization activities across North America. This position oversees both the Marketing and Product Management teams and serves as a critical connection between customers, sales, technical teams, and executive leadership. The role is responsible for translating market opportunities, customer insights, and product innovation into commercial success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Lead brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and performance metrics.
• Lead the Product Management team and oversee product strategy, positioning, portfolio management, and lifecycle planning.
• Partner closely with Global Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Drive commercialization of new products, technologies, and services.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development and commercialization.
• Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications, journalists, and influencers.
• Manage press releases, thought leadership content, executive communications, and public relations activities.
• Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, industry recognition, and brand visibility.
• Oversee social media strategy, digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and customer communications.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and monitor engagement metrics.
• Develop sales enablement materials, customer success stories, presentations, and collateral.
• Support trade shows, field days, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Lead, coach, and develop Marketing and Product Management team members.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary of Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communications, Product Management, or related field.

7+ years of progressive marketing, product management, communications, or commercialization experience.

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Experience leading product launches and commercialization programs.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
