Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Home Office leadership team in Texas. You will drive branding, social media, and strategic growth, aligning campaigns across clinics to attract new patients and strengthen community ties.

You will manage a marketing team, oversee budgets, and leverage CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce, along with Google Analytics/Ads and Adobe Creative Cloud, to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or something similar.
• 3+ years of experience managing marketing and a history of running campaigns that actually work.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Familiar with CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Ads to track and optimize performance.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for compelling content.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Description

As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our Home Office leadership team. Your main mission? Helping set the game plan for our clinics and making sure our team’s energy is focused on what matters most. We’re looking for someone who loves branding and knows their way around social media. You’ll be the driving force behind getting our community excited, finding fresh ways to bring more people through our doors, and turning those visitors into happy customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead with Heart: Supervise and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering professional growth, joy, and alignment with our shared vision.
• Be the Brand Ambassador: Establish and elevate vibrant brand standards to ensure a consistent, engaging visual and verbal identity across all our brands and platforms.

• Manage Resources Wisely: Oversee the marketing budget across all platforms, optimizing spend to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with creative teams to produce high-impact content while keeping an eye on emerging industry trends and best practices.

Who You Are
