Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the narrative and market position for Concrete & Cement Admixtures and Pigments. You will lead integrated campaigns, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and help translate customer insights into compelling messaging across North America.

The role emphasizes campaign execution, sales enablement, and partnership development with field teams, trade shows, and customer events, in a hybrid US-based setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • 7-10 years of Marketing or Product Management experience required.
  • Experience successfully managing deadline-driven marketing/sales initiatives required.
  • Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, integrating, and measuring projects & programs required.
  • Ability to work in a heavily matrixed organization required.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical & computer skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills required.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the narrative and market position for a portfolio of Concrete & Cement Admixtures and Pigments products across construction and specialty markets.
  • Ignite campaigns and assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, advertising, and experiential channels; ensure cohesive product positioning and measurable ROI.
  • Drive loyalty by contributing to sales enablement and promotional programs with Customer Engagement such as literature, samples, merchandising, displays, webpages, and social to improve sales conversion.
  • Champion the customer by supporting Voice of the Customer research with Product Management and Sales, including jobsite visits and field collaboration with Territory Managers to uncover customer needs and inform messaging.
  • Be the brand ambassador by representing the business at trade shows, customer events, and educational seminars to generate demand and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Think bigger by collaborating with senior leaders on North America initiatives related to non-residential and infrastructure markets.
  • Effective time management to handle multiple projects of varied importance to deliver promised results.

You will help shape the narrative and market position for portfolio of Concrete & Cement Admixtures and Pigments Products that influences buying decisions across construction and specialty markets.

Ignite Campaigns. Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, advertising, and experiential channels, ensuring cohesive product positioning and measurable ROI. Collaborate with Central Marketing and Product Management to develop creative briefs and campaign materials.

Drive Loyalty. Contribute to the creation of sales enablement and promotional programs with Customer Engagement –literature, samples, merchandising, displays, webpages, and social –that improve sales conversion.

Champion the Customer. Support Voice of the Customer research with Product Management and Sales, including jobsite visits and field collaboration with Territory Managers, to uncover customer needs and inform messaging.

Think Bigger. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager, Vice President of Marketing & Product Management and Canadian Marketing leadership on Saint-Gobain North American initiatives related to Non-Residential & Infrastructure North Stars
