About Us: Colorado Under Par is a fast-growing sports event marketing and management company that partners with nonprofits, businesses, and communities to create unforgettable golf and multi-sport fundraising events. We help raise funds, promote causes, and bring communities together across Colorado and beyond.

Position Summary: We're seeking a creative and organized Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing a monthly digital content strategy—including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and ad campaigns—and supporting event photography when available. If you’re passionate about storytelling, community impact, and sports, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and distribute one branded email newsletter per month
  • Draft and publish two blog posts per month highlighting events, stories, or insights
  • Manage daily social media posting through Metricool across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Design flyers, digital ads, and other event marketing collateral
  • Manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (strategy, creative, and reporting; ad budget managed separately)
  • Capture on-site photography during CUP events if available (optional, paid hourly)
  • Attend a weekly 1-hour team check-in meeting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, digital content, or social media management
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
  • Must provide own equipment for remote work and optional photography
  • Bonus: Golf or sporting event familiarity and photography experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with nonprofit or cause-based marketing
  • Familiarity with Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar email platforms
  • Comfortable working independently with clear deliverable deadlines
  • Work is deliverables-based (no timesheet required)
  • Monthly cadence includes ~30 social posts, 2 blogs, 1 newsletter, and ongoing collateral/ad management
  • Optional event attendance for photography (typically 4–8 hours/event)
