Marketing Manager/Specialist to support RF technology across aerospace, defense, medical, and test & measurement. We are seeking a Marketing Manager/Specialist to support innovative RF technology across key industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, and test & measurement.

In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and support product growth. From content creation to digital strategy, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver results in high-reliability markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content including webinars, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and social media assets.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM and website updates.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches with targeted content and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with sales goals and technical positioning.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and lead content development for thought leadership, product awareness, and lead nurturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technology-driven or industrial sector.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills—able to communicate technical value in a customer-focused way.
