Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (Presence in one of the following: AZ, CA, or TX (Dallas area)

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Sr. Sales Director

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand presence and strategic communication within the dynamic “Parking & Mobility” and “Sports & Entertainment” industries. Collaborating closely with Sales and Business Development teams to contribute to market engagement and brand awareness across North America. Additionally, the Marketing Manager actively participates in Global Marketing Communication efforts, ensuring alignment in go-to-market strategies, branding consistency, and localized messaging development. By working alongside the broader North American team, the Marketing Manager helps maintain clear, impactful communication that reflects the company’s Core Values. This is a highly independent role requiring a self-starter who can own the marketing function; the Marketing Manager will drive strategy and execution and will receive guidance and support from sales leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with a targeted channel approach, collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers, local sales teams, and Group functions to drive market success.
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement in a complex matrix environment, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and strategic impact across key business areas.
  • Lead national events and local Public Relations initiatives, working with PR agencies to enhance brand visibility, generate earned media coverage, and establish thought leadership.
  • Execute localized content strategies across all owned channels, ensuring messaging consistency and relevance in alignment with broader brand objectives.
  • Expand and refine the sales enablement toolkit to support high-impact cluster launches, equipping teams with the necessary resources for success.
  • Oversee the development of presentations, thought leadership materials, and strategic sales collateral, ensuring effectiveness at both campaign and event levels.
  • Manage and execute the digital content calendar for social media, collaborating with the global social media manager to optimize engagement and brand presence.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experienced 360° Marketing professional with 5+ years of expertise, staying ahead of industry innovations.
  • Proven Public Relations skills, executing successful local and national campaigns; spokesperson experience is a plus.
  • Global market perspective, with a keen interest in working across diverse markets within an international organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a strategic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Highly adaptable, able to navigate evolving marketing strategies and stakeholder expectations.
  • Data-driven decision-making, ensuring measurable impact through key digital marketing metrics.
  • Hands-on approach to content creation, delivering compelling marketing and sales materials across multiple channels.
  • B2G experience, ideally within tech or transport industries, providing valuable sector-specific insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong writing abilities and customer service expertise.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience

Travel:

  • Less than 20%

The Marketing Manager will operate in a remote office environment, balancing independent work with collaboration across global and regional teams. This role requires a high level of self-management, organization, and proactive communication to ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders. While working remotely, the manager will leverage digital tools and virtual meetings to maintain connectivity, drive marketing initiatives, and align with business objectives. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the position involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The dynamic nature of the role requires the ability to navigate shifting priorities while maintaining a structured workflow and delivering impactful marketing strategies
