About The Role

This role is part of the Product Marketing team, reporting to Marketing. The Product Marketing Manager will work directly with the Head of Product Marketing. This role requires strategic thinking, deep understanding of customer needs, and execution of go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis – Identify trends, shifts, and customer pain points to inform strategy.
  2. Analyze Data & User Behavior – Use AI tools strategically to derive meaningful insights.
  3. Define What’s Needed – Align messaging, strategy, and execution with customer needs and business goals.
  4. Positioning & Storytelling – Develop clear, differentiated messaging for your user segment.
  5. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy – Lead GTM plans for new features and pricing, ensuring adoption and success.
  6. Empower Other Teams – Provide sales, product, and marketing teams with insights and tools.
  7. Enablement & Process Optimization – Equip teams with frameworks and playbooks to improve execution.
  8. Challenge the Status Quo – Identify opportunities, test new approaches, and refine processes.

About You

  • You’re a strategic enabler, not just a content creator, with a vision for the future of product marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or digital marketing.
  • Data-driven & analytical, capable of extracting insights for decision-making.
  • Curious & proactive, taking initiative to push boundaries.
  • Strong storyteller with market-aligned narratives.
  • Cross-functional influencer, enabling teams to think strategically.
  • AI-savvy & future-focused, leveraging AI tools effectively.
  • Confident & persuasive, able to advocate for bold ideas.
