Job summary

Sherpa | Recruiting, Staffing & Consulting is seeking a Marketing Manager to join a well-established commercial construction client in the Charlotte area. This role focuses on proposals, presentations, content, and other marketing initiatives while partnering with business development and project teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in AEC environments such as construction, architecture, or engineering.
• Strong proposal/RFP experience with writing and presentations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Experience gathering information from construction/project teams to develop marketing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Lead proposals, responses to RFPs, and accompanying presentations.
• Create content and marketing materials in collaboration with business development and project teams.

• Comfortable working with construction and project teams to gather information and develop marketing materials


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
