Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to ensure compliance and support registration and commercialization of products. You will collaborate with regulatory, R&D, marketing, and sales teams to deliver timely regulatory solutions and maintain regulatory documentation.

The role offers growth in a global company with responsibilities across audits, submissions, and stakeholder engagement. A degree in Life Sciences or chemistry and knowledge of FIFRA help drive success in NA markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; experience in regulatory affairs or registrations.
• Knowledge of FIFRA regulations, EPA pesticide registrations, and NA regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and monitor regulatory applications, supplemental registrations, label updates and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve registration and compliance matters.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and agreements comply with requirements and internal standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews with accurate documentation.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop proactive regulatory solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry developments.

As a Regulatory Specialist within our Professional Hygiene Regulatory Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the successful registration and commercialization of Arxada products. You will collaborate across regulatory, R&D, marketing, sales, and external regulatory agencies to deliver timely regulatory solutions that drive business success. Essential Job Functions

• Prepare, submit, and monitor regulatory applications, supplemental registrations, label updates, and supporting documentation to maintain product compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve registration and compliance matters.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and customer or third-party agreements comply with applicable requirements and internal standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely documentation.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop proactive solutions to registration and compliance challenges.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and industry developments impacting the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and enhance the stakeholder experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or registrations. Knowledge of FIFRA regulations, EPA pesticide registrations, and North American regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of regulatory processes, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail. Experience working with regulatory agencies, industry bodies, or compliance organizations is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and registration management systems. Experience with AI-enabled tools or willingness to adopt new technology solutions is an advantage.

The expected salary range for this role is 84,000 $- 102,000 $, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
