Visiting Angels – Philadelphia is seeking a Marketing Liaison Specialist to lead community outreach and develop strong referral partnerships across the greater Philadelphia area. This on-site role also supports Intake and contributes to growth and community presence.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in community relations, familiarity with recruiting tools, and strong presentation skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Collaborate with the Wellness Team to understand client needs and incorporate them into diverse marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain caregiver referral pipelines.
• Serve as an advisor and mentor to team members across the organization.

About the Role

The Marketing Liaison Manager is responsible for community outreach, external marketing, and developing strong referral partnerships across the greater Philadelphia area. This role also supports Intake as needed and plays a key part in driving client growth and strengthening our presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand community relationships and referral sources to drive client growth

• Develop and maintain a strong referral network across our service footprint

• Create and execute an ongoing marketing plan, including event sponsorships, advertising, and tracking results

• Collaborate with the Wellness Team to understand client needs and incorporate them into diverse marketing materials

• Assist executive leadership with the development and administration of the agency’s mentor program
