Visiting Angels – Philadelphia is hiring a Marketing Liaison Specialist to drive community outreach, build referral partnerships, and support intake by developing effective marketing plans. This on-site role collaborates closely with the Wellness Team and leadership to grow clients and strengthen the agency’s presence in the greater Philadelphia area.

The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, public speaking, and managing a diverse marketing portfolio.

• Working knowledge of internet recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Comfortable in one‑on‑one interactions and public speaking, with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand community relationships and referral sources to drive client growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong referral network across our service footprint.
• Create and execute an ongoing marketing plan, including event sponsorships, advertising, and tracking results.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Team to understand client needs and incorporate them into diverse marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain caregiver referral pipelines.
• Serve as an advisor and mentor to team members across the organization.
• Assist executive leadership with the development and administration of the agency’s mentor program.

About The Role

The Marketing Liaison Manager is responsible for community outreach, external marketing, and developing strong referral partnerships across the greater Philadelphia area. This role also supports Intake as needed and plays a key part in driving client growth and strengthening our presence in the community.
