Job summary

Arcadia Care in Watseka, IL is seeking a Marketing Liaison to coordinate communication between patients, families, and care professionals and to raise the facility’s visibility in the community.

You will plan and direct marketing programs, help set policies, and work with the Administrator on long-range plans to strengthen public relations and census growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, orally and in writing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, track, evaluate, and direct the facility’s marketing programs to increase census and inform the community about the facility, its programs, services, and practices.
• Assist department directors in developing and using marketing policies and procedures and establish rapport between departments so staff understand their role in marketing and public relations.

Marketing Liaison

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the Marketing Liaison position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer our facility’s communication between patients, family, and care professionals within the community.

Essential Duties:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, track, evaluate, and direct the facility’s marketing programs to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.
• Assist department directors in the development and use of marketing policies and procedures and establish a rapport in and between departments so that each staff member can realize the importance of his/her role in our marketing and public relations program.
• In conjunction/coordination with the Administrator, develop and implement long range plans for the facility in the effort to establish and maintain our marketing and public relations program.
