Job summary

Medford Multicare Center seeks a Marketing Liaison to grow census through strong referral partnerships across the Bronx and surrounding areas. The role requires relationship-driven, goal-oriented communication in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

In-person work with local travel is expected, providing key links between hospitals, discharge planners and admissions teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable representing the facility at community events

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare marketing or admissions preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in SNF or hospital referrals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners.
• Generate referrals and drive admissions to meet census goals.
• Conduct daily outreach, including in-person visits and meetings.

Manhattanville is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Liaison to support census growth and build strong referral relationships throughout the Bronx and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners
• Generate referrals and drive admissions to meet census goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Marketing Liaison, Admissions Coordinator, or healthcare sales preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
